**CONTEST RULES: 1.     NO PURCHASE REQUIRED.   PURCHASE OF A SAFE ROOM FROM AQUA MARINE ENTERPRISES, INC. D/B/A SAFE-T-SHELTER® WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.  One entry per person. Persons may enter contest by using Entry Form supplied by Alabama Credit Union at any Alabama Credit Union branch or online at www.AlabamaCU.com/Giveaway; no other Entry Form is acceptable. Entry Box located at Alabama Credit Union’s main office lobby located at 220 Paul Bryant Drive E, Tuscaloosa, AL 35401 or online at www.AlabamaCU.com/Giveaway. Entries will be accepted until 5 p.m. on Monday, June 1. Online entries will be printed and added to Entry Box. You do not have to be present to win. Winner must be 19 or older at the time the winning entry is drawn from the Entry Box. 

 2.      SELECTION METHOD: A winning entry will be drawn at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, June 2, 2015.  An alternate winning entry will also be drawn from Entry Box. Winner will be notified by telephone. If Alabama Credit Union is unable to contact the winner on or before 5 p.m. on Friday, June 5, prize will be forfeited by winner and awarded to alternate winner. If Alabama Credit Union is unable to contact the alternative winner on or before 5 p.m. on Friday, June 12, prize will be forfeited and not awarded.

 3.      PRIZE: One 4’ x 6’ safe room manufactured and installed by Aqua Marine Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Safe-T-Shelter®, Danville, AL. Any warranty, express or implied, is provided by Aqua Marine Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Safe-T-Shelter directly to winner. Except as provided by Aqua Marine Enterprises, Inc., neither Alabama Credit  Union,,  Aqua Marine Enterprises, Inc.,,  nor  any  other  person  associated  with  the  manufacture,  distribution,  development  and  execution  of  this  Consent and  the  Prizes,  or  any  of  their  respective  affiliates,  parent  companies,  subsidiaries,  directors,  officers,  employees,  and  agents  makes  any  warranties,  representations  or  guarantees,  express  or  implied,  in  fact  or  in  law,   relative   to   the   use   or   enjoyment   of   the   safe room   including,   without   limitation,   its   quality,  mechanical  condition,  merchantability  or  fitness  for  a particular  purpose.    Any  and  all  guarantees  and  warranties  for  the  Grand  Prize  are  subject  to  Aqua Marine Enterprises, Inc.’s  terms  and  conditions and the winner agrees to look solely to such entity for any such warranty or guarantee claim.  Only one prize will be awarded during contest period. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and has no cash value if not used.  ARV of the safe room as of the date of printing of these office Rules is $4,800. 

 4.     INSTALLATION: Prize installation is dependent upon suitability of winner’s property and/or dwelling. Installation farther than 50 miles from Aqua Marine Enterprises, Inc. main office located at 3275 Highway 55 West; Danville, Alabama  35619 or may incur an Installation Fee to be quoted by Aqua Marine Enterprises, Inc., after property address is identified. 

 5.     TAXES: Any local, state or federal taxes due are the responsibility of the winner. Alabama Credit Union will issue a 1099-MISC document to the winner.

 6.     WINNER’S IDENTIFICATION: Winner must provide a valid Social Security number or tax identification number and valid U.S. Government-issued photo identification before prize will be awarded; payment is subject to identity verification and U.S. Government regulations. If winner does not provide these items to Alabama Credit Union on or before 5 p.m. on Friday, June 5, prize will be forfeited by winner and awarded to alternate winner. If alternate winner does not provide these items to Alabama Credit Union on or before 5 p.m. on Friday, June 12 prize will be forfeited and not awarded. 

 7.     PRIVACY:  Alabama Credit Union and its  authorized  agents  will  collect,  use,  and  disclose  the  personal  information  provided  solely  for  the  purposes  of  administering  the   Contest  and   awarding the Prize,   and   by   entering   this   Consent, each person who submits an entry consents to   the  collection,  use,  disclosure  and  management  of  your  personal  information for  said  purpose. 

 8.     ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS FOR AWARDING PRIZE: Winners must meet all edibility requirements.  Any person who has previously caused a loss to Alabama Credit Union is ineligible. Alabama Credit Union employees, officials, their spouses and persons residing in their households are not eligible to enter.   Property and/or dwelling where the Safe-T-Shelter will be installed must be suitable for installation and such suitability is at the sole discretion of Aqua Marine Enterprises, Inc. 

Mass entries or entries generated   by   a   script,  macro   or   use   of automated methods will be disqualified.  If  for  any  reason  the  Consent  is  not  capable  of  running  as planned,   including   infection   by   computer   virus,   bugs,   tampering,   unauthorized   intervention,  fraud,  technical  failures,  or  other  causes  that  corrupt  or  affect  the  administration,  security,  fairness,  integrity  or  proper  conduct  of  the  Consent,  Alabama Credit Union  reserves  the  right,  in  its  sole  discretion,  to  disqualify  any  individual  who  tampers  with  the  entry  process,  and  to  cancel,  terminate,  modify  or  suspend  the  Contest.  If canceled,  Alabama Credit Union  reserves  the  right  at  its  discretion  to  determine  the  Winner and Alternative Winner using all  non‐suspect  eligible  entries  received  up  to  the  time  of  cancellation.  Alabama Credit Union  is  not  responsible  for  failed,  partial  or  garbled  computer  or  for  technical  failures  of  any  kind,  including  but  not  limited  to  electronic  malfunction  or  damage  of  any  network,  hardware  or  software.  No  responsibility  is  assumed  for:  any  error,  omission,  interruption,  deletion,  defect,   delay   in   operation   or   transmission,   communications   line   failure,   theft   or   destruction   or  unauthorized  access  to, or  alteration  of,  any entry;  any  problems  or  technical  malfunctions  of  any  telephone  network  or  lines,  computer  online  systems,  servers,  providers,  computer  equipment,  or  software;  failure  of  any  e‐mail  or  electronic  entry  to  be  received  on  account  of  technical  problems  or  traffic  congestion  on  the  Internet  or  at  any  website,  or  any  combination  thereof,  including  but  not   limited   to   any   injury   or   damage   to   entrant’s   or   any   other   person’s   computer   related   to   or  resulting  from  participation  in  or  downloading  any  materials  from  this  Consent.  In  the  event  of  a  dispute  over  an  electronic  Entry,  prize  will  be  awarded  to  the  owner  of  the  email  address,  not  the  name  on  the  Entry  form.
